Job DescriptionTo support business development activities by coordinating bid responses, managing vendor registrations, maintaining capability documents and CV databases, and enabling go-to-market execution for small to mid-sized bids. The role ensures smooth support for client-facing proposals and events while maintaining compliance with Turner & Townsend’s corporate standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive go-to-market execution by supporting sales and solution teams with materials, capability statement, case studies, and coordination for pursuit strategies across cost centres and sectors.
- Coordinate and prepare bid responses for business-as-usual (BAU) proposals, ensuring timely submission aligned with Turner & Townsend’s governance and brand standards.
- Maintain and update the company’s CV and case study database to ensure relevant project specific resumes are available for bids and client presentations.
- Complete and manage vendor registration processes with clients or platforms to support pre-qualification and eligibility for future opportunities.
- Support the registration, tracking, and submission of Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, including confidentiality agreements and final contract handover to delivery team.
Marketing collaterals management
- Management of collaterals including Capability Statements, Case Studies, and CVs in compliance to the Turner & Townsend corporate standards and in conjunction with the regional Business Generation team, including but not limited to:
- formatting all collaterals following Turner & Townsend’s standard branding;
- maintain and update CV’s database to ensure relevant, project-specific resumes are available for bid and client presentation;
- maintain and update Case Study’s database to ensure relevant, project-specific best practice are available for bid and client presentation;
- maintain and update Capability Statement’s database to ensure relevant, sector-specific collateral are available for any marketing activities.
Bid assistant
- Manage vendor registration and/or pre-qualification processes with clients or through platforms, ensuring the effectivity and eligibility for future opportunities, including but not limited to:
- monitoring vendor portals for opportunities to bid;
- updating vendor registrations as required;
- completing company profiles and supplying standard documents for pre-qualification questionnaires;
- Manage incoming bids opportunities received via email and ensuring they are efficiently processed and distributed to the appropriate personnel, including but not limited to:
- regularly monitoring the bid email inbox to identify new opportunities;
- coordinating with relevant teams to assign bids to appropriate personnel for evaluation;
- ensuring timely and organized distribution of bid information to facilitate smooth decision-making;
- maintaining records of bid opportunities for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate and prepare bid responses for business-as-usual (BAU) proposals, including but not limited to:
- preparing structured documents that outline essential components, such as project scope, tools, approach, commercial and compliance requirements.
- collaborating with subject matter experts to refine bid strategies and enhance proposal quality.
- Organising and facilitating meetings for bid teams, ensuring timely scheduling, efficient agenda setting, and seamless collaboration. This includes arranging logistics, preparing relevant documents, and following up on key action points to support a smooth bidding process.
- Establishing and optimizing MS Teams channels for bid management. This includes structuring channels for clarity, setting permissions, integrating relevant tools, and maintaining an organized workflow to support
- Providing strategic support to the market team by capturing best practice responses and distributing new materials in coordination with the regional Business Generation Team. This includes curating high-quality content, ensuring consistency in messaging, and facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance bid effectiveness and market positioning.
- Managing the submission of RFP and Confidentiality Agreement documents for Risk Management review, ensuring timely uploads and coordination with bidding team to maintain compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Organising and facilitating meetings for a seamless transition of new wins to the delivery team, ensuring structured handover processes, clear documentation, and effective communication to support efficient project execution.
Ad-hoc support
Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of external events to support client engagement, brand visibility, and business development objectives.
- +3 years of progressive responsibility in organisation of similar size and profile to Turner & Townsend, preferably in marketing activities, sales support, bid coordination, or business development administration.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and client management tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skill, with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Attention to detail, collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Team player who is willing to adapt to changing priorities of the business.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and support team.
