Business Analyst – Data Engineering | 8–12 Years
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data-focused BA.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large datasets.
- Good understanding of Data Engineering concepts – ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, data modelling.
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Teradata, Snowflake or similar.
- Experience in data profiling, data quality, reconciliation and validation.
- Knowledge of Python/PySpark is an advantage.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau and analytical reporting.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred
- Experience with Airflow, cloud data platforms, APIs and data integration.
- Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI data use cases.
