What You’ll do on a Typical Day:
- Liaise with the business collaborators for the assigned projects.
- Review project objectives, develop project plans and engage collaborators.
- Address dependencies and escalate bottlenecks.
- Develops partnerships and work closely with multiple contacts.
- Act as an Escalation point for Collaborators and Customers
- Identifies, develops, and ensures implementation of SOP's and standard practices and process improvements. Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
- Conducts qualification calls and establish next steps for Implementation in line with the SOPs
- Develops service recovery plans, ensures the plans are implemented, and improvement goals are achieved or exceeded.
- Recommends and implements strategy to achieve high standards and offer consistent support across regions and markets.
- Perform and maintain all administrative team tasks and ensure all data bases are up to date.
- Create and handles spreadsheets and customer wise dashboards.
What We’re looking for:
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) to support global teams and potentially clients and suppliers.
- B Com or other graduates with minimum 3-5 years of work experience in data entry, financial reconciliations, P2P, operations, or Accounts Receivables Management are preferred.
- Customer service perfection.
- Reasonable proficiency in MS Office efficiency tools such as Excel.
- Experience working in the Event Management industry a plus.
- Must be willing to work virtually.
- Must be willing to work in shifts.
