We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in the Sports domain to support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, contributing to sports analytics, fan engagement platforms, and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for sports-related applications and platforms.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
- Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, wireframes, and documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Support data analysis activities to derive insights for performance improvement and product enhancement.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.
- Assist in validating deliverables through UAT support and stakeholder walkthroughs.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and governance standards relevant to sports platforms.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working in the Sports, Media, or Entertainment domain preferred.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Basic understanding of sports data systems, ticketing platforms, CRMs, or analytics tools.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to APIs and data-driven applications is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
