Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to gather and understand high-level requirements, then shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The position also includes supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of strategic initiatives. The role demands a proactive approach to aligning business objectives with technology and operational models to drive meaningful change.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to support decision-making.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with operating models and their application in business transformation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
