Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, ensuring seamless integration across functions. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the business landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Assist junior team members by providing mentorship and guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to discussions.
- Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and operating model design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
