About the role:

As a Business Development & Account Executive with Builder.ai, you’ll be focusing on a wide range of customers looking to embrace digital transformation in order to stay relevant to their industry, and keep their business growing.

You’ll have the chance to work across some of the best and most exciting organisations in retail, media, healthcare, financial services and pharmaceutical companies to solve business problems with Builder.ai customer software solutions.. On a day-to-day basis, you will be finding and qualifying high potential and taking them through the sales cycle, with the support of hardworking and friendly cross-functional teams made up of Product and Delivery experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify target industries and organizations to generate leads working closely with sales leadership team
  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities with high fit to Builder.ai product and service offerings
  • Gain a deep understanding of these target industries and organizations -what are their challenges and goals?
  • Maintain CRM meticulously and ensure that all information is conveyed to the sales team
  • Gain a deep understanding of Builder's USPs and communicate these effectively
  • Managing the complete sales cycles often presenting to C-level executives, Business leads and Department heads, the value of Builder.ai’s full suite of applications.
  • Aligning technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilizing strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems.
  • Developing your own sales plan and a pipeline that will fuel the ongoing growth of the business, enabling you to exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • Working in synergy across departments with our sales development, marketing, product and delivery teams.
  • Negotiating pricing and contractual terms as required to close that vital sale.
  • Advocating for your customers’ implementations and maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring the timely resolution of any customer service-related issues.
Requirements

You’ll have 3+ years of software sales experience managing sales cycles with demonstrated ownership of sales pipeline and account management, preferably within SaaS, No code/low code applications, CRM, business intelligence or other software solutions.

  • Must have previous experience in lead generation and product/software sales experience. 
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively as a team in a fast-paced and fun environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Growth mindset – willingness to try and to be ever-learning from mistakes to make improvements.
  • Technologically literate with business acumen to wow.
  • Experience in technology consulting, software sales, technology start-up, AI prefer but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree (or any sales training methodologies)
  • Have a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong written and oral, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A great plus, strong computer skills including G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce and any previous experience in working with alliance partnerships to drive enterprise sales. But we can always teach you the software we use!
  • Candidate should reside in Malaysia and have eligibility to work in Malaysia or Indonesia
  • And lastly, the ability to travel to our global events when required!
