Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional actively partners with business units to define clear product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of new systems and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and documentation.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and adaptability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Assurance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting detailed business process workflows and creating clear, actionable documentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and use cases.
- Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to ensure business needs are accurately captured and addressed.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Assurance.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education with BE or any equivalent is required.
