- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and documentation.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and adaptability.

- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
