Roles & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify concerns, needs, and drivers for successful change adoption.
- Change Communication: Assist in developing, delivering, and managing communication plans that keep employees informed and motivated throughout the change process.
- Adoption Tracking: Support the creation and management of metrics and dashboards to monitor adoption rates, feedback, and engagement levels.
- Event Support: Help coordinate sessions, workshops, and materials to facilitate understanding of new systems and processes.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption and opportunities for improvement.
- Change Impact Analysis: Assist with analyzing the impact of change initiatives using qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Strategy & Operations AI team, and other departments to align change strategies with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the identification and implementation of best practices in change management and adoption, leveraging insights from analytics and stakeholder input.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably in an educational or business environment.
- Coursework or experience in change management, project management, or organizational development is preferred.
Relevant Experience
- Understanding of stakeholder management principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet) for tracking and reporting adoption metrics.
- Experience with communication platforms and content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, intranet portals).
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations.

Good to Have
