- Harness advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, inform strategic decisions, and measure the effectiveness of compensation programs.
- Develop and present executive dashboards and reports to influence leadership decisions.
Change Leadership & Communication:
- Lead change management efforts for new compensation initiatives, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder buy-in.
Champion a culture of transparency, equity, and continuous improvement in total rewards.
Skills / Knowledge / Qualification / Experience
Minimum of 10 years in C&B and /or HR
- MBA in HR or related field
- Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a track record of strategic impact.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
- Advanced analytical and data visualization skills; expertise in Excel and HRIS (Workday preferred).
- Deep understanding of Indian labor market, regulatory environment, and global compensation trends.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
