Business Systems Analyst-Salesforce

Join our Salesforce Platform team and contribute to the development and maintenance of innovative solutions that support the Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments at PTC. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest Salesforce features in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

You’ll be responsible for designing and developing new capabilities on the Salesforce Platform, while also maintaining existing functionalities. Your contributions will help enhance business operations and drive value across departments.

You’ll be part of the IT Global Business Services (GBS) group, working within the Salesforce Platform team. The GBS team delivers business process automation and information services for PTC, and is responsible for the architecture, design, development, administration, support, project management, and governance of business applications.

• Collaborate with team members to prepare technical solution designs.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including story grooming, sprint planning, reviews, development, and unit testing.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce administration, including Lightning framework and Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and other Salesforce development technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Engage in all Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
