Campaign Lead

The purpose of this role is to independently execute the campaign process, from instruction receipt to file production, with the highest level of accuracy. This role understands, customises and optimises the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control. This role oversee the campaign execution of other team members, ensuring quality delivery across the team.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities: • Maintains clear and concise client communication on campaign related activities • Executes campaign deliverables and activities based on client requirements • Oversees and delegates to other campaign resources the execution of campaign deliverables and activities • Validates work product using quality assurance best practices • Elicits and documents client requirements through written and verbal methods • Possesses higher-level understanding of campaigns management tools, concepts and capabilities • Possesses higher-level understanding of database and data management concepts and principles • Utilises change management techniques and best practices • Demonstrates basic understanding of campaign strategy, design and planning
