Manage a 35–45-person team overseeing end-to-end bank loan operations, including loan syndication, trading, fund accounting, and reconciliations. Ensure regulatory compliance, risk controls, process efficiency, and coordination with front- and middle-office teams. Provide leadership, mentoring, and operational guidance while managing complex initiatives and supporting high-volume month-end and quarter-end periods.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 35-45 FTE in bank loan processing, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
- Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Loan Syndication, Fund Accounting, Bank loan Trading, and reconciliations.
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end bank loan processing, including loan syndication, fund accounting, trading, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to bank loan operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front office, middle office, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and monitor risk associated with bank loan operations, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development.
- Experience in managing complex projects or initiatives related to bank loan operations.

Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the banking and financial services industry.
Criteria:
- 15+ Years of overall experience in Capital market products, with at least 4-5 years of experience in Bank Loan operations.
- Highly experienced in Loan Syndication, CLO, CDO, cash and position reconciliations, Bonds, Equity and fund accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Administration).
- Certifications or training related to banking and financial services.
Shifts timings:

Between 11am to 12am.
Week Off:
- Sat-Sun (May have to work on weekends to manage high volumes of Month Ends\Quarter ends in high volume season)
