You will join a high-impact, mature global team focused on discovering new ways to help our customers, driving business transformation, and turning traditional vendor relationships into value-driven partnerships.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead complex Request for Proposal (RFx) processes and execute the global Outsourced and Tech Services roadmap to optimize demand management, tail-spend consolidation, and best-in-class commercial structures.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate closely with Global Business Services, IT, and Operations leadership as a trusted advisor to ensure procurement activities align seamlessly with broader business transformation goals.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulations by partnering with Legal and Risk teams to mitigate jurisdictional and data privacy risks inherent in global outsourcing.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
6–10 years of progressive experience in Procurement and Category Management within a mature global organization, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Managed Services and/or Tech Services.
Strong knowledge of Managed Services pricing mechanics, complex contractual frameworks (including drafting Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work), and market trends regarding automation like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Proven ability in strategic stakeholder management, contract language negotiation, financial modeling, and executing long-term category value creation or cost-take-out strategies.
A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA); Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualifications are highly preferred.
