CIB Portfolio Coordinator

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Portfolio Coordinator
In this role, you will:

• Manage a workflow tool used by FFG team members to review and process communication (e.g., compliance reporting, funding requests, etc.) from clients
• Contribute to the team's overall portfolio management & surveillance activities
• Check specified websites on a recurring schedule to download financial statements
• Review clients' financial statements and spread the financial statements accurately into standardized templates and system of records (SORs)
• Develop a good understanding of deal-specific adjustments of FFG portfolio. Review the covenant structure of FFG deals and update in the system of records (SORs). In case of any covenant breach, immediately liaise with the Deal Team for a quick resolution
• Be a point of contact for FFG's coverage bankers and members of the Collateral Management team for questions about the receipt of client information deliverables
• Develop and maintain process guides / SOPs for key tasks to ensure there is clear documentation explaining how to complete reoccurring processes

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CIB Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Graduate or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Economics or CA Inter
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in the banking domain
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to clearly & concisely speak on complex topics

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience using Excel to perform data analysis and as well as to organize/summarize/present data
• Strong attention to detail
• An ability to navigate and interpret loan legal documentation is preferred
• High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work across continents
• Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative work environment and juggle a variety of tasks (time management skills are important)
