- Mentoring junior resources in the team
- Performs analysis of the existing systems producing documents which can help developers on the system definition.
- Works with business partners on gathering requirement and helps developer on the SQUAD backlog.

- Contribute on development activities and also enabling the skill development in the chapter working with chapter leads.

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing industry standard CCM solutions.
- Good to have the experience in Quadient Interactive and Quadient Express
- Good to have the working experience in OpenText Exstream.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work on production issues.
