Key Responsibilities
• Perform complex CAT manufacturing operations independently with limited supervision.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned equipment, products, processes, manufacturing systems, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, product handling, quality, and production flow issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Support yield improvement, scrap reduction, cycle-time improvement, output recovery, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing data, shift trends, station performance, defects, downtime, and process indicators to recommend corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, certify, and support Manufacturing Associate I and II team members.
• Support engineering evaluations, process qualification, new product introduction, recipe changes, and production ramp activities.
• Partner with Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, Quality, Planning, and Production teams to resolve complex operational issues.
• Assist with root cause investigation, corrective action implementation, containment, recovery, and standard work updates.
• Drive strong adherence to safety, cleanroom discipline, quality systems, and operational excellence expectations.
Required Experience and Skills
• Strong experience in semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, component assembly, test, packaging, or high-volume production operations.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing equipment, operating procedures, product handling, process controls, and quality expectations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, escalation judgment, and problem-solving capability.
• Experience training, mentoring, certifying, or coaching production associates.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift environment, including 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing performance data and recommend practical improvement actions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Equipment, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing leadership teams.
