The Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer will build cloud infrastructure automation, develop and support cloud services, and ensure security compliance.

Baker Hughes has built a truly scalable Enterprise level infrastructure in the cloud.
As a Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:
· Building Enterprise Cloud infrastructure automation solutions to support the Cloud strategy
· Develop, improve, deploy, and support Cloud services with a focus on landing zone and add-on code pipelines
· Work on a collaborative team in an Agile / DevOps environment
· The ideal individual is relentlessly technical, passionate for automating everything
· Delivering amazing customer experiences while following security guidelines to develop secure and compliant Cloud services working with Risk and Security teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Have strong AWS & Azure knowledge along with hands-on experience.
- Experience with either Cloud Formation or Terraform or Bicep/Arm
- Experience working with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Have programming experience – Python required; Powershell or other scripting also preferred
- Have experience developing solutions using infrastructure orchestration tools (SSM, automation account, ansible, etc.)
- Have knowledge of IP networking including VPC’s / VNet’s, DNS, load-balancing, and firewalls
