Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and data-driven Commercial Excellence Sales Ops Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team, India. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with sales leaders to transform complex data into commercial intelligence that drives effective decision-making and business performance.
You will join a collaborative team focused on designing and maintaining a best-in-class sales rhythm, providing the insights necessary to assist the India business in achieving its growth targets.
What Youll Do
In this role, you will:
- Sales Operations Business Partnership: Be an advisor to the sales leaders and sellers on BAU sales processes, territory alignment, CRM hygiene, path to bookings target, identifying whitespaces and priorities to drive bookings growth
- Sales Strategy & GTM Execution: Drive the India Go-To-Market (GTM) plan by utilizing data analytics to calibrate customer segmentation, design coverage models, and manage territory alignment to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Data Intelligence & Automation: Collect and analyze sales data to generate high-level forecasting and pipeline reports, while identifying technical solutions to automate manual processes and improve information delivery.
- Master Data Management & Compliance: Lead the management of the Customer Master Database for India, ensuring robust data governance, high data quality, and strict compliance with organizational standards.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales operations, including experience with seller target setting, quota allocation, and business transformation.
- Strong knowledge of technical analytical tools, specifically advanced proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Proven ability in cross-functional stakeholder management, with the capacity to lead by influence within a matrixed organization and communicate complex insights to leadership.
- A Quantitative Bachelors degree (required), with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) being highly preferred.
