Coordinador del Centro de Distribucion de Repuestos (Posventa)
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar y asegurar el proceso de recepción, custodia y despacho de partes y accesorios para toda la red de concesionarios y distribuidores de la red de concesionarios Chevrolet, así como al canal AC Delco, asegurando el cumplimiento en términos de tiempo y de calidad.
- Liderar indirectamente el equipo humano, desarrollando y asegurando su desarrollo y garantizando una operación que cumpla con todos los objetivos de Salud y Seguridad en nuestro Centro de Distribución de Repuestos y alcanzando una
eficiencia y productividad que asegure el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos, para mantener un excelente clima laboral.
- Supervisar los procesos y recursos (humanos y técnicos) del centro de distribución y ejecutar las funcionalidades de la operación, con el fin de lograr los resultados esperados tanto en productividad, niveles de servicio, prevención de accidentes, control de mermas y costos, contribuyendo así al cumpliendo de los objetivos operacionales definidos por la gerencia.

Requisitos excluyentes:
- Educación: Graduado universitario con énfasis en Ingeniería, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, o carreras afines.
- +3 años de experiencia en puestos similares (recepción y entrega) en rubros similares (automotriz, repuestos, autopartes, retail, entre otros).
- Microsoft Office: nivel intermedio.
- Inglés: nivel intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial de lunes a viernes en Nucleo Empresarial Enea, Santiago, Region Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile.
Requisitos deseables:
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, y control de calidad.
- Conocimientos en Comercio Internacional: Dominio de regulaciones, documentación y procesos de importación y exportación.
- Manejo de SAP
- Contar con licencia de conducir activa.
- Conocimientos en Data Tools/PowerBI/Manejo de bases de datos.
