Crunchyroll is seeking an Integrated Producer to lead creative campaign execution across the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Mumbai, this role is responsible for delivering high-impact marketing campaigns from digital and social to on-ground activations in partnership with regional marketing teams and global Creative Services.
You will drive end-to-end campaign production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with Crunchyroll’s global brand standards while adapting creative for local cultural nuance across APAC markets.
This role is ideal for someone with agency or entertainment marketing experience who thrives at the intersection of creative, operations, and cross-market collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign & Creative Production- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across APAC
- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional deliverables
- Coordinate digital, social, influencer, and event-based creative production
- Ensure seamless rollout of global campaigns across regional markets
- Adapt global campaign toolkits for India and APAC markets
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure cultural and market relevance
- Manage multi-country campaign rollouts across Southeast Asia and South Asia
- Brief and manage creative agencies, production houses, and freelance partners
- Oversee estimates, scopes of work, and vendor deliverables
- Ensure high-quality output across digital, experiential, and branded content formats
- Partner with Marketing, Brand, Campaign Management, and Global Creative Services
- Align campaign timelines across time zones and regions
- Serve as the APAC creative production point of contact
We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Mumbai office.
About You- 5–8 years experience in integrated marketing, campaign production, or creative project management
- Experience working in an agency, entertainment or streaming
- Proven experience delivering 360° marketing campaigns
- Strong vendor and agency management experience
- Experience managing cross-market or regional campaigns (India + SEA)
- Fluent English communication skills
