Job Description

As part of Sia’s continued rapid international expansion, we are restructuring our customer relationship management (CRM) system around HubSpot. To support this transformation, we are looking for an HubSpot Specialist to join our Client Office team. You will play a key role in the successful implementation and usage of HubSpot across the organization, ensuring that the CRM system is optimized and aligned with the company’s growth ambitions. 

As a HubSpot Specialist, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Owning the integrity of our CRM data, ensuring that it is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date by regularly maintaining and cleaning company and contact records. 
  • Acting as a key enabler for the organization’s adoption and effective use of HubSpot, working closely with the Leadership Team to ensure proper data entry and management practices are followed. 
  • Organizing and optimizing data sets to facilitate reporting, insights, and analysis. 
  • Addressing and resolving inquiries related to CRM data, offering expert guidance and providing necessary support for data-related tasks. 
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive CRM efficiency and continuous improvement in usage. 

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (both oral and written) is essential. 
  • First professional experience in CRM/data quality management—experience with HubSpot is mandatory. 
  • Knowledge of HubSpot tools and an understanding of their integration and automation capabilities. 
  • High level of rigor and attention to detail, ensuring data quality and consistency across all platforms. 
  • Proactive, with a strong service-oriented mindset, and able to work autonomously while contributing to team efforts. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
