As a Custody Support Analyst in the Wealth Management Solutions team you will support the IPB (International Private Bank) Custody team in daily operations, ad-hoc projects, and ensure the team operates smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Custody Managers in delivering solutions to clients and prospects.
- Develop and maintain materials and pitchbooks for meetings and client use.
- Collaborate with experienced financial services professionals.
- Support miscellaneous projects as needed
- Review and approve custody fee exception requests promptly
- Contribute to region-wide thought leadership articles on custody solutions.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks on Asset Servicing, Safekeeping, Securities Settlement, and financial reporting.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, in Banking or Wealth Management.
- Foundational knowledge of the Security Services Industry, including trade lifecycle, safekeeping and asset servicing.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate problems and solutions
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Influencing skills to manage a variety of stakeholders from different functions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tableau, Python, and/or Alteryx is a plus
