Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires taking ownership of the entire application lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that the applications perform optimally within the intended environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing applications within cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing application code.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
