Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges that may arise, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM or SAP C4C or Customer Service. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
