As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application development process aligns with project goals. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to gather feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and drive the project forward with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and iterative development processes.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ability to manage risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
- Skilled in using project tracking and collaboration tools to monitor progress and facilitate communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
