Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Workday Recruiting modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the Workday platform.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools related to Workday Recruiting.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues within Workday Recruiting applications.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
