Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating efforts to ensure the application meets project requirements, and serving as the main liaison for communication and decision-making. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, overseeing progress, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended goals and standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous monitoring of project milestones are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align development activities with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Strong experience in customizing SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and web parts.
- Ability to develop and maintain complex SharePoint solutions using client-side scripting and SharePoint Framework.
- Familiarity with integration of SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing SharePoint Online performance and security.
- Knowledge of modern development tools and practices related to SharePoint Online environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
