Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the intended requirements and function seamlessly within the broader system environment. Throughout the day, the engineer balances hands-on development tasks with strategic planning and coordination to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Syniti ADMM for SAP.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
