Summary:
The SAP IS-U Billing Techno-Functional Consultant will design, configure, enhance, and support SAP IS-U Billing solutions with strong exposure to Meter Data Management (EDM), Smart Metering / AMI, and ABAP-based enhancements. The role focuses on delivering scalable, compliant, and high-performance Meter-to-Cash (M2C) solutions by working closely with business, functional, and technical teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Configure and support SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing, including rate structures, rate determination, operands, billing schemas, TOU and complex tariffs.
Manage end-to-end Meter-to-Cash (M2C) lifecycle across Device Management (DM), EDM, Billing, Invoicing, and FI-CA integration.
Handle billing scenarios such as move-in/move-out, interim, final, reversal, and correction billing.
Analyze business requirements and prepare functional and techno-functional specifications.
Perform billing defect analysis, root-cause identification, and production issue resolution.
Develop and enhance ABAP programs for IS-U Billing and EDM (reports, interfaces, workflows, batch jobs).
Debug and enhance standard IS-U functionality using User Exits, BAdIs, FQEVENTS
Build ALV reports and automation for billing and meter data processes..
Support performance tuning for large-volume billing and meter data jobs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
