Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer adapts solutions to align with specific organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards through effective team management and communication.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with in-memory computing technologies.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
