Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software enhancements, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and their application within SAP environments.
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment practices.
- Ability to work with agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of custom software solutions.
- Understanding of integration techniques between SAP modules and external systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
