Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition.
- Strong knowledge of application design patterns and architectural principles related to enterprise software.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing Java-based applications.
- Ability to work with various development tools and frameworks commonly used in Java Enterprise Edition environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
