Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands setting and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with the overarching business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Functional.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solution design.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
