Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team and across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical efforts with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps practices.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
