- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Strong knowledge of simulation modeling and analysis techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures tailored to manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to optimize system performance and ensure maintainability of complex software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within custom software projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
