What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Athos Commerce customers throughout their lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of our AI-powered ecommerce solutions while driving adoption, retention, and long-term success.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring customers achieve their business objectives while contributing to Athos Commerce's growth and customer satisfaction goals.
How You Will Succeed
- Manage strategic relationships with assigned customers and act as their primary point of contact.
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and optimization across customer accounts.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training programs to ensure successful implementation and platform utilization.
- Partner with customers to understand their business goals and align Athos Commerce solutions to support those objectives.
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Support renewal conversations and identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Gather customer feedback and represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product enhancements and roadmap discussions.
- Develop customer advocates through testimonials, case studies, references, and product reviews.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account plans, and engagement activities within CRM and customer success platforms.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role within a SaaS or ecommerce environment.
- Experience supporting ecommerce platforms, digital commerce solutions, or retail technology customers is preferred.
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving customer retention. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Understanding of ecommerce merchandising, search, personalization, or digital commerce technologies is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
