The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for <for fostering trusted partnerships with clients, aligning with their organizational goals, and driving meaningful impact by shaping client success strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions, ensuring faster adoption and measurable results for clients and will be located in Bangalore on Hybrid Model.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

  • Onboard new customers, conduct platform trainings, and ensure readiness for projects.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular check-ins to review usage and satisfaction.

  • Collect feedback to guide product and service improvements; collaborate with the Product team.

  • Drive implementation of new products and ensure faster adoption and value realization.

  • Communicate updates, mandates, and product changes; provide client training.

  • Act as the escalation point for critical product issues and incidents.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA preferred.

  • 4-5 years of relevant customer success experience in IT-SaaS based platform/solutions, focusing on Enterprise/MM/SMB customers in US/Europe markets.

  • FMCG or packaging industry experience is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
