Role Summary
The Data Analyst will support Enterprise Data Office by transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. This role combines strong business acumen with advanced technical skills—leveraging SQL, analytics tools, and modern visualization platforms to deliver robust reporting, automated dashboards, and data-driven recommendations. Partnering closely with cross-regional stakeholders, the analyst ensures high data accuracy, enhances analytical capabilities, and contributes to the continuous improvement of data processes that strengthen overall business performance and client outcomes.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data exploration, building dashboards, managing large datasets, and providing strategic insights that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse structured and unstructured data to support business decisions.
Build, automate, and maintain dashboards & reports (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, cohort studies, and customer segmentation.
Support business experiments, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy across data pipelines.
Present findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
Work with data engineers to improve data processes and warehouse architecture.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery of data solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or similar field.
4–7 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, aggregation, window functions).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and relational databases.
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
Ability to interpret data and communicate complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable data and reporting solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure).
Knowledge of machine learning basics (regression, clustering, classification).
Understanding of financial and investment data is a strong plus.
