- The Cutover & Testing Coordinator will support the S4 AMEA SAP implementation program by driving structured planning, execution and tracking of cutover activities and testing cycles across markets.
- Coordinate business-side cutover and testing activities across in-scope AMEA markets
- Support transition from legacy systems/processes to S4-enabled ways of working
- Partner with workstream leads and market key users through Fit-Gap, Build, Test, and Cutover phases

- Prior experience with SAP implementation programs, ideally S/4HANA, in a testing and/or cutover coordination capacity
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (SIT/UAT/regression) and cutover/go-live planning for large ERP programs
- Experience working across multiple markets/geographies with part-time or matrixed key users
- Excellent tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced Pre-Fit Gap to Go-Live program lifecycle
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana or equivalent test/defect management tools is a plus
- Good end-to-end supply chain / business process understanding

Testing Coordination
- Develop and maintain the overall test strategy, test plans and test schedules across workstreams (SIT, UAT, regression, performance)
- Coordinate test case creation, review and sign-off with functional leads and key users
- Track test execution status, defects and resolution progress; drive daily defect triage and escalation
- Consolidate testing metrics and produce status reporting for leadership/governance forums
Cutover Planning & Execution
- Build and maintain the master cutover plan, including sequencing, dependencies, timings and responsible owners across markets
- Coordinate mock cutover/dress rehearsal cycles; capture lessons learned and refine the plan iteratively
- Track readiness criteria (data migration, interfaces, environment readiness, business sign-offs) ahead of go-live
- Coordinate rollback planning and contingency scenarios with technical teams
Cross-Functional Coordination & Governance - Act as the central point of contact between workstream leads, technical teams and mkey users on all testing and cutover matters
- Ensure documentation (test plans, cutover runbooks, sign-off logs) is current and audit-ready
Data Responsibilities
- Act as the central Data SPOC for MSC within the S4 AMEA program
- Ensure data migration plans are in place and actively tracked for each workstream, aligned to overall cutover timelines
- Drive implementation of the data governance framework (ownership, quality standards, sign-off process) across markets
- Coordinate mock data load cycles and data validation activities with functional teams and market key users
- Track data quality and readiness metrics, escalating risks ahead of testing and cutover milestones
- Partner with MDS/DMLT teams to resolve data defects and gaps identified during testing
- Support market key users in reviewing and signing off on cleansed/migrated data prior to go-live
