Job Description for G6 Windows Server Administration Manage and support Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022/2025 environments Active Directory administration (Users, Groups, GPO, DNS, DHCP) Troubleshoot Windows OS performance and server issues Patch management and security hardening Manage IIS, file servers, print servers, and RDP services Monitor server health and event logs Perform server migration and upgrade activities VMware Administration Manage VMware ESXi and vCenter environments Configure and maintain HA, DRS, vMotion, vSAN VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, and resource optimization Troubleshoot host, datastore, and VM-related issues Perform ESXi upgrades and patching Monitor virtualization infrastructure performance Support disaster recovery and backup solutions AWS Cloud Administration Manage AWS infrastructure services like: EC2 VPC IAM S3 EBS Route 53 CloudWatch Load Balancer Auto Scaling Implement security best practices in AWS Perform cloud migration and hybrid cloud support Monitor cloud resource utilization and cost optimization Troubleshoot network connectivity and cloud incidents Support backup and DR solutions in AWS Incident & Operations Support Handle P1/P2 critical incidents Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Coordinate with application, network, and security teams Create SOPs and technical documentation Participate in change management and CAB meetings Provide 24x7 on-call support if required Mentor L1/L2 support engineers
