ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. What You'll Do
  • Understand proposal and protocol to follow client's focus and research question.
  • Perform screenings (title/abstract and full text review) as per the defined PICOS criteria of project.
  • Conduct full text/ grey literature/ conference/ pragmatic/ web searching as required on different types of projects.
  • Achieve data extraction targets on different types of reviews with consistent quality.
  • Perform critical appraisals as per the project scope.
  • Comprehend different effect sizes along with different statistical parameters, and analyze qualitative data to transform it into quantitative data/ meaningful insight.
  • Perform standalone background research as part of project execution/ thought leadership/ as directed by seniors.
  • Support process enhancement initiatives under the guidance of seniors.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Work on feedbacks provided by seniors/ manager/ stakeholders to gain efficiency/ increase productivity/ quality etc.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successfully follow training plan as designed by seniors/ manager.

What You'll Bring
  • Master's Degree in life sciences related discipline or related field (M Pharm, MD, MPH) with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as systematic or targeted literature reviews, meta-analysis, indirect treatment comparisons, data science or statistics.
  • 2-4 years of relevant HEOR post-collegiate job experience. A PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience.
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
  • Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
  • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.

Hybrid working model:
