Decision Analytics Manager - Pharma
Our Decision Analytics track brings together advanced data analytics, cutting-edge AI, and creative problem-solving to develop innovative solutions for complex client challenges across industries, with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences. ZS's Decision Analytics professionals are integral to transforming ideas into actionable insights. They collaborate closely with consultants, data engineers, and domain experts to build robust analytical models from complex datasets, enabling clients to make informed strategic decisions. The track emphasizes continuous learning, encouraging team members to expand their expertise in emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies.
What You'll Do :

• Partner with our leaders to drive new business development and build sustained client relationships.
• Consistently lead teams to deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
• Direct multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills across pharma GTM strategy and other functional areas within ZS.
• Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Play a key role in development of new consulting capabilities and offerings.
• Direct multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills.
• Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.

What You'll Bring :

• 9-13 years of experience leading and delivering analytics-led consulting engagements for global healthcare or life sciences clients.
• 
  Proven experience working with APLD from leading healthcare data vendors to drive advanced analytics and consulting engagements.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, while leading cross-functional teams, and driving client value.
• MBA from a top university strongly preferred, with a record of strong academic performance.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) with strong quantitative skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details;
• Extensive team management and project delivery experience.
• Experience leading a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects.
• Excellent organization & planning skills and willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Hybrid working model:

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
