The Deputy Manager - CAE is responsible for performing advanced crashworthiness and NVH simulations for automotive seating systems using LS-DYNA and OptiStruct. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with global safety regulations, supporting product development through simulation-driven design optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and validated seating solutions.
Also, the role focus on technical leadership, mentor junior analysis, collaborate with global cross-functional teams, and guide suppliers to deliver robust, lightweight, cost-effective, and regulation-compliant seating solutions.
