Lead market penetration and new-customer development for automotive seating products in India. Build and maintain customer relationships, identify untapped opportunities, analyze market trends, create business cases, manage receivables, represent the company at industry events, and support trade shows and technology days. Performs automotive electronic system validation, including environmental, electrical, EMC, temperature, vibration, humidity, enclosure, and functional testing. Creates validation test plans based on customer requirements, operates specialized test equipment, analyzes data, troubleshoots failures, generates reports, and coordinates with engineering teams, OEM customers, suppliers, and laboratories. Supports new product and process implementation while maintaining safety and quality requirements.

Develop and integrate virtual ECU components for L3 ADAS; model, simulate, and validate ECU behavior in SIL/MIL environments; integrate ADAS code with AUTOSAR, ROS2, DDS and real-time frameworks; create build pipelines (CMake/Bazel/Yocto); enable scenario-based virtual testing (CarMaker/PreScan/CARLA); debug integration issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations including server and virtualization administration, network and systems support, ITSM processes, compliance with IT general controls, and support for internal and external IT audits.

Design, implement, and optimize high-performance embedded inference systems for automotive ADAS. Develop and integrate ML runtimes on edge SoCs, ensure low-latency concurrency and I/O, integrate with ROS2/sensor frameworks, deploy to SIL/HIL and CI pipelines, and perform profiling and debugging of perception stacks (camera/radar/LiDAR) under real-time constraints.

Architect and implement a global test automation framework for ADAS covering simulation, SIL, HIL, and on-road pipelines. Build connectors to simulation platforms and sensor replay, integrate CI systems, provide CLI/APIs, dashboards, test DSLs, reporting, KPI extraction, and ensure reproducibility, traceability, and automated artifact management.

Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and employee engagement activities: recruit and onboard candidates, run employer branding and recruitment marketing, create social media content, use ATS/HRIS and MS Office, coordinate engagement initiatives, and manage multiple HR projects.

Design, scale, and maintain Elasticsearch clusters for high-volume ADAS telemetry. Build ingestion and indexing pipelines, optimize queries and storage for low latency, implement monitoring and HA/DR, ensure security compliance, collaborate with ML/data teams, support consumers with dashboards/APIs, and mentor engineers on schema design and performance tuning.

Design and develop test automation tools and frameworks for automotive electronics. Implement SiL/HIL automation and virtual validation, write C++ code, leverage CANoe/CANalyzer, work with vehicle and embedded protocols and interfaces, and ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262 and cybersecurity standards. Support CI/CD and cloud-based vehicle testing as needed.
