Job Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:

Spearhead strategic recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with workforce planning. Encourage internal mobility through job postings and employee referrals, and position Magna Seating as an employer of choice.
  • Performance Management:

Oversee the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals. Develop succession plans for critical positions to maintain leadership continuity.
  • Training & Development:

Lead the identification of training needs and manage the training budget. Design and implement programs that enhance employee skills and track their effectiveness to ensure impactful learning experiences.
  • Employee Engagement:

Cultivate a positive work environment through engaging initiatives and effective communication strategies. Organize monthly meetings and drive corporate social responsibility activities to boost morale and unity.
  • Payroll & Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely salary processing while adhering to all statutory and legal requirements. Maintain compliance with regulations such as EPF, PT, and LWF.
  • HR Process Improvement:

Champion HR process automation and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with other Magna divisions to share best practices and drive organizational capability forward.
Qualification, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
  • Master's in Human Resources
  • Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in the capacity of HR Generalist capacity which includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, training and development, HR programs/policy development, performance management, Training & Development, compensation, benefits, employee relations and management consultation.
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentations. Ability to manage employee communications.
