Designs structural components for residential and commercial structures, including multifamily framing, beams, shear walls, foundations, lateral systems, and steel drawings. Performs load calculations, finalizes frame sizes, ensures compliance with client requirements and applicable codes, prepares engineering plans and documentation, manages project delivery, and conducts client meetings. Requires U.S. structural design experience and proficiency with Advance Steel and AutoCAD.

• Expert in Wooden residential buildings Steel Drawings, Structures.
• Knowledges of Multifamily Framing, Load calculations, Finalize frame sizes, Beam load calculations, Shear wall design, Foundations, Laterals.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards
• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
• Preparing engineering concept plans, detailed design plans, and managing documentation
• Conduct meetings with the client.
