Support architectural project delivery by preparing and reviewing IFC/GFC, shop and fabrication drawings, coordinating with teams, meeting timelines, maintaining MIS and project documentation, and ensuring adherence to codes, client requirements and quality standards.

Lead architectural BIM modeling from schematic design through construction documentation. Author/manage families, templates, and parameters; mentor modelers; run clash detection and coordinate with Structural/MEP; optimize models for constructability and efficiency; enforce BIM protocols, LOD standards, and building code compliance.

Produce high-quality 2D/3D MEP models and drawings using Revit/AutoCAD, perform clash detection in Navisworks, coordinate trades, prepare HVAC shop drawings and technical documentation, maintain BIM standards (LOD100-400), and support QA/QC, reporting, and project schedules.

Produce detailed CAD drawings, 3D models and engineering schematics; coordinate across disciplines, manage timelines and revisions, maintain documentation and QA to deliver error-free construction/manufacturing-ready designs.

Create and model 3D MEP systems in Revit, produce HVAC/shop drawings, perform MEP coordination and clash detection with Navisworks, and ensure QA/QC to meet customer requirements. Coordinate with other trades, maintain project reports and daily MIS, follow ISO processes, and meet delivery timelines.

Lead MEP engineering efforts to produce high-quality 2D/3D AutoCAD/Revit models and shop drawings, perform HVAC duct and pipe sizing, run clash detection in Navisworks, ensure QA/QC and BIM compliance (LOD 100–400), coordinate trades, manage a small team, and maintain project documentation and MIS reporting to meet delivery schedules.

Create and maintain detailed Revit/BIM models, coordinate interdisciplinary deliverables, ensure compliance with international building standards, meet delivery timelines, produce project documentation and MIS reports, enforce QA/QC, and resolve modeling issues to deliver error-free outputs.

Lead architectural delivery by aligning with client requirements, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, managing timelines, preparing MIS and project documentation, monitoring progress, enforcing QA/QC standards, and ensuring error-free deliverables using Revit/AutoCAD/BIM and adherence to international building codes.

Design civil engineering projects using MicroStation for US residential and commercial developments. Ensure compliance with codes and client requirements, manage project delivery, mentor junior engineers, provide technical support, and lead client meetings.
