Solution Design: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and workflows. System Configuration Support: Assist in Salesforce system setup, configuration, and customization to meet business demands. Testing & Deployment: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure quality of deliverables, and assist in deployment activities. Process Improvement: Propose and implement business process optimizations using Salesforce capabilities. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams, facilitating communication and alignment. Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, user stories, and process flows; support end-user training and adoption. Ongoing Support & Optimization: Monitor Salesforce system performance, gather feedback, and support continuous improvements to enhance user experience and business value. Digital Transformation: Drive initiatives that leverage Salesforce to improve customer engagement, sales, and service processes.
