Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RSA Archer Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Archer GRC solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in configuring Archer applications, developing workflows, data feeds, dashboards, and integrations while working closely with business and compliance stakeholders to deliver scalable GRC solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and develop applications on the Archer GRC platform Build and maintain data feeds, data imports, DDEs (Data Driven Events), calculations, notifications, and workflows Develop and customize forms, questionnaires, sub-forms, reports, dashboards, and iViews Work on Advanced Workflow and Archer automation to support business processes Support integration of Archer with external systems using REST APIs, SQL, file-based integrations, and Archer APIs Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Support Archer package migration across environments (Dev, QA, UAT) Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and user guides Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new requirements and enhancements Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in RSA Archer development/configuration Strong understanding of Archer core components: Application Builder Access Control / Role Management Advanced Workflow Data Feeds & Job Engine DDEs & Notifications Reports / Dashboards / iViews Mail Merge / Calculated Fields / Cross References Experience with Archer package deployment and environment migration Experience with REST APIs / integrations Understanding of GRC, Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Information Security concepts Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Good communication and documentation skills
